Our chalet sleeps up to 6 (4+2), meaning there are facilities for 6 guests (max) with full self catering facilities.

1. Beds: 1 king size bed, 2 full size single beds and the +2 is by way of a sofa bed.
2. All bedding and bed linen is included.
3. A modern bathroom with electric shower, rimless WC, heated towel rail and vanity unit.
4. Fully equipped kitchen (including tea towels, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils)
5. The chalet is fully electric and electricity is included.
6. Heating is provided in all rooms except the kitchen.
7. For your Safety, the chalets is fitted with a fire extinguisher, fire alarm and a fire blanket (always keep exit path free from obstacles).
8. The Manor House is just 5 to 7 minutes walk from our chalet
9. Open during March through October:
   1. Both heated indoor and outdoor pools.
   2. The Manor House - restaurant/bar, soft play area and arcade.
   3. Onsite shop
10. Open all Year:
    1. Adventure play area, woodland walks
11. Local area to name but a few:
    1. Westward Ho! (the only town in the UK with an '!' in it's name.
    2. Clovelly with its picturesque village and fishing boat quay.
    3. The old maritime and waterfront town of Bideford.
    4. The Milky Way (family fun park).
    5. The Big Sheep (family fun park).

Karen GB Booking: Excellent !!!! Spotlessly clean perfect Chalet. even had a karaoke machine that my Grandkids loved. Host was extremely helpful. Even left us the little touches like milk in the fridge, juice & chocolates. we had a fantastic time here. Perfect location, clean with everything you need.

Everything was there for living, it seems that the owners have thought about every little detail. The child had clothes and books. We used the opportunity to go to the pool. square. Paul B GB, Airbnb: Ken answered all of our questions and was very responsive. Upon arrival, we had milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. We had our passes included which was also good. Chalet is newly decorated, with everything you need. bedding, towels and tea towels were also supplied which took the 'I have to make all the beds' stress away! our daughter loved the karaoke machine, the walks were amazing. Ken was very accommodating and the chalet was lovely. peaceful surroundings too. The wifi was a bonus for our son! thank you for a lovely long weekend Ken!

Toni G GB Airbnb: This place is a little piece of heaven! An AMAZING park which is super dog friendly, pretty, great views and lovely staff. I would highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed and we will certainly be going back! The chalet has some lovely little touches and really did feel like a home from home.

Paul M Au Airbnb: The holiday park was one of the best locations. The cabin was ideal, we went out of school hols so it was peaceful and not busy at all. Perfect location for seeing the Devon/Cornish coast, lovely walk starting from the park. Staff at the park were incredibly friendly. Ken was superb from start to finish with communication.
