In additional to the resort and entertainment that the Park has to offer, there are plenty of things to do in and around Devon, from lovely woodland walks, strolling along the many beaches and visiting lots of local attractions; and with Cornwall just a few mile from the park the opportunities to explore are endless.
Our chalet offers a great base to stay, just a short walk from the main amenities, it offers a more quieter and relaxing position, surrounded by grassland and trees, great for all families.
The grassland around the chalet is a great place for children to play whilst you're relaxing on the decking with your favorite beverage before strolling down to the manor house entertainment complex, adventure play area and the swimming pools.
The park and chalet is open all year round, but the pools and entertainment are available from March through October.

Our property is a chalet and sleeps up to 6 (4+2), meaning there are facilities for 6 guests (max) with full self catering facilities.
- Beds: 1 king size bed, 2 full size single beds and the +2 is by way of a sofa bed.
- All bedding and bed linen is included.
- A modern bathroom with electric shower, rimless WC, heated towel rail and vanity unit.
- Fully equipped kitchen (including tea towels, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils)
- The chalet is fully electric and electricity is included.
- Heating is provided in all rooms except the kitchen.
- For your Safety, the chalets is fitted with a fire extinguisher, fire alarm and a fire blanket (always keep exit path free from obstacles).
- The Manor House is just 5 to 7 minutes walk from our chalet
- Open during March through October:

Karen GB Booking: Excellent !!!! Spotlessly clean perfect Chalet. even had a karaoke machine that my Grandkids loved. Host was extremely helpful. Even left us the little touches like milk in the fridge, juice & chocolates. we had a fantastic time here. Perfect location, clean with everything you need.

Paul B GB, Airbnb: Ken answered all of our questions and was very responsive. Upon arrival, we had milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. We had our passes included which was also good. Chalet is newly decorated, with everything you need. bedding, towels and tea towels were also supplied which took the 'I have to make all the beds' stress away! our daughter loved the karaoke machine, the walks were amazing. Ken was very accommodating and the chalet was lovely. peaceful surroundings too. The wifi was a bonus for our son! thank you for a lovely long weekend Ken!

I would highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed and we will certainly be going back! The chalet has some lovely little touches and really did feel like a home from home.
